My name is Fr. Richard Mooney. I am the pastor of St. Thomas Moore and I am here for you.

College is a privileged time of change and challenge. In the midst of it all, STM is here for you as a spiritual home, where you will find a sense of belonging, the familiar experience of the mass, our other forms of prayer, and a place to gather with other Catholic students to share faith, life and service.

Our informal student group, Catholics @ Liberty, is your doorway into parish life while you are here in Lynchburg. Through it, as your schedule permits, you may take on one or another of the ministries of the parish, gather for meals, activities and moments of service. Through it we can network to arrange rides to Sunday Mass and other parish events.

St. Thomas More is your parish. I invite you to make us an active part of your life and growth in faith while you follow your call at Liberty University.
